This policy explains how InfoSecRD, Inc (“InfoSecRD,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on our public website at https://www.infosecrd.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Client work is covered by separate contracts.

  • Your name, business contact details, company/role, and your message if you contact us.

  • If offered: newsletter or event sign-up details; job application materials.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical details so the Site works and stays secure: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar data.

  • Hosting/CDN: We run the Site on Cloudflare Pages and use Cloudflare’s CDN and security services. Cloudflare creates standard security logs and may set essential cookies (for example, to block bots or remember that you passed a security check).

What we do not collect

  • We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

  • Please do not send sensitive information (such as health data or government IDs) through the Site.

2) How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Run and protect the Site (security, reliability, fraud and abuse prevention).

  • Respond to your requests and communicate with you.

  • Comply with law and protect our rights and the safety of users.

3) Cookies

4) How we share information

We do not sell your information and we do not “share” it for cross‑site advertising. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site (for example, Cloudflare; email and productivity tools) under contracts that limit how they can use the information.

  • Others if required by law, to protect safety and rights, or as part of a business transfer.

5) Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • Correct it if it is wrong.

7) How long we keep information

  • Cloudflare security and HTTP logs: kept by Cloudflare for typical operational periods (see Cloudflare’s policies).

We delete or de‑identify information when we no longer need it for the purposes above.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including those provided by our hosting/CDN. No system is perfectly secure.

9) Children

The Site is not for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10) Links to other sites

If we link to other websites, their privacy practices apply to their content and services.

11) Do Not Track

We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do not use cross‑site advertising trackers on the Site.
