These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://infosecrd.com and any pages we operate that link to these Terms (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Who we are

- Privacy Policy. Our Website Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information on the Site and is incorporated by reference: https://infosecrd.com/privacy.html
- Service contracts. Any consulting or security services are provided under separate written agreements. The Site does not create a services engagement or client relationship.
3) Eligibility and acceptable use
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by law in your location) to use the Site.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. For example, do not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or our systems (e.g., malware, DDoS, scraping beyond a normal browser, reverse engineering, unauthorized access).
- Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Site for advertising or spam.
- Attempt security testing or scanning without our prior written authorization.
We may suspend or block access for violations.
4) Content and intellectual property
Our content
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by InfoSecRD or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without restriction or attribution.
5) Contact forms and submissions
What you send
You are responsible for what you submit through the Site (e.g., messages, contact details). Do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information. The Site is not a secure intake for trade secrets or incident data; use your services agreement channel instead.
License to use your submission
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submission to respond to you and operate the Site and our business.
6) Third-party services and links
The Site may include links or references to third-party websites or services (for example, hosting/CDN services by Cloudflare). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7) No professional advice
The Site may include general security or compliance information for educational purposes only. It is not legal, compliance, tax, accounting, or technical advice, and should not be relied on as such. Engage us under a separate written agreement for professional services.
8) Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFOSECRD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- INFOSECRD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
- INFOSECRD’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
10) Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfoSecRD and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your submissions; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11) DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our DMCA Agent:

Your notice must include: (1) your physical/electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement of good‑faith belief; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.
12) Export and sanctions compliance
Do not use the Site in violation of U.S. export, re-export, or sanctions laws administered by the U.S. Departments of Commerce, Treasury, or State. You represent you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and you are not a prohibited party.
13) Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If we change these Terms, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
15) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
16) General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms (and the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and InfoSecRD regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or other corporate transaction.
- Electronic communications. You consent to receiving notices and communications from us electronically (e.g., by email or by posting on the Site).
